Resistance inspires resistance. It may not always achieve its aims but celebrating and remembering the courage of resistance, even in the face of overwhelming oppression, can spark resistance in new forms and through new spirits. This work is a small celebration of such resistance, some which can be said to have failed, some which can be said to have succeeded, all which have sparked further resistance.
